About Jean-Pierre Fleury

Pioneer of biodynamics in Champagne since 1989, the Fleury family, in the first row of which Jean-Pierre, the director, and Jean-Sébastien, cellar master, elaborate from his vineyards and purchases of organic grapes of tasty champagnes dominated by pinot noir. Their Aubois vineyard (Barséquanais to be more precise) is getting older and the viticulture set up brings a supplement of flavours to juices vinified partly under wood, under cork (Boléro, extra-brut vintage) and without sulphur for certain vintages. Atypical in the champenois universe, this visionary house expresses in a tasty range the roundness and maturity of the pinot de l'Aube.
